Meet the Grief Within is an online community ceremony hosted by Mitlé Southey, Circle School Founder, and Kathryn Sullivan, Circle of Life Doula. Designed for space holders but open (and relevant) to all, we’ve set out to answer this guiding question: How can we begin to hold space for grief in these wild times?
First, we must honor that which we carry inside ourselves. Allowing our own sorrow to be felt and witnessed is imperative to deepening our capacity to sit with others in their loss.
We’re honored to offer a lovingly crafted ceremony to gently explore the grief within, including an optional sharing circle afterward. If you cannot make it live, you will receive access to the recording.
