As we age we tend to become more reflective, to question our life’s journey. How might we engage with the past that frees us and re-frames our life so that we realise we have been learning and garnering wisdom We can see our past as the springboard for continuing evolution and growth.
The group is initially facilitated by Charlie Ivermee who has led workshops and retreats on aspects of ageing for a number of years.
