If you would like to use Eden Rise for an event, you can simply check availability in the calendar below and submit a booking request.
How to submit a booking request
To request booking dates, simply click on the first and last dates you want on the calendar below, fill in the form underneath and press ‘send’, and our bookings administrator Annabel will be in contact.

PENDING BOOKINGS (light blue on the calendar) are not confirmed bookings and only provisionally reserved, please ask for details should you wish one of these dates.
BOOKING CALENDAR
Once you’ve submitted your booking request, Annabel will contact you to find out more details about your booking, confirm that the dates are available and answer any questions you may have about Eden Rise.

We aim to help organisations and charities that focus on wellbeing-related events held at Eden Rise by reducing the rates as much as possible, UK registered charities receive a 25% discount off our hire rates. Please view our prices in the relevant brochure or speak to us for more information.
A deposit of 30% is charged on booking with the remainder due six months before the event. See our Letting Agreement for T&C’s.
