Connect more deeply with nature and come away feeling revitalised & supported. Remember, you are not just ‘part of’ nature: you ARE nature.

Ecotherapy gives you the tools to forge a deep emotional and more meaningful connection to nature. Importantly, it can give you a more profound sense of belonging.

In this workshop I will help you rediscover the joy of nature as we celebrate the joy of moving from spring into summer, and guide you into feeling more connected to this amazing planet. You’ll come away feeling revitalised and supported , and knowing a little more about yourself and your place in the world. I will be using nature-based mindful practices and environmental art therapy modalities. I am a fully qualified group facilitator, counsellor, nature coach and a member of the BACP.

Being playful and creative outdoors allows us to rediscover our childhood wonder, reconnect with our natural, whole self, and feel more a part of the world we inhabit. Having a deep, embodied connection with nature increases wellbeing, boosts the immune system, reduces stress and improve mood and sleep.

Rewilding is a journey of discovery that can help us expand our awareness into the feeling of being alive in this body, on this planet; a journey of coming home to ourselves. When we learn how to reconnect deeply with our environment, with this living planet, we find reverence and respect for Earth, and a desire to care for it and all its inhabitants. Outside we have access to more life force, and the capacity to behold the wonder of existence.
