More than ever, it seems essential to be able to tap into our intuitive knowing and wisdom to guide us in our lives.
Our workshop is designed to help you develop and trust your instinctual ability ‘to know’ in ways that go beyond your logic and reason.
Working creatively is one way to engage our intuition quickly that can help us by-pass our usual logic and tap into something new and wise, that is true for us. In this way we access different parts of our brains and the intelligence that is in our bodies. Connecting with the natural world helps us to drop into a different way of being. And by using as our guide an old old story, that is full of instruction about how to work with intuition, we follow in the tradition of the ancient people from whom we inherited this, and who understood just how powerfully stories can inform and instruct us.
So this workshop is an invitation to you, to spend a nourishing day outside (under cover around a fire) and in the woods … engaging with the natural world, other women, and yourself, in playful, creative and reflective ways. We will be: tuning in; using natural materials creatively; sharing and practicing using intuition to guide us in ways that are useful for our lives; and having some fun along the way! If all this speaks to you, then maybe you’re meant to come!
It will take place on beautiful private land just outside Denbury, near Newton Abbot. Some lifts may be available from Totnes or Newton Abbot, so please ask about this if you need it. Hot cuppas will be available all day, but you will need to bring a packed lunch and wear/bring clothes and footwear suitable for changeable March weather.
With over twenty years’ experience in leading groups, Kate Reed and Susie Thompson are both passionate about listening to our deeper knowing; working with intuition and inner guidance; and to mining the wisdom contained in stories. We are both qualified environmental arts therapists, and have experience in leading journeying and meditation, movement and body work, creating and leading rituals for change, and in facilitating women’s groups.
If you’re interested in booking a place, our Early Bird Discount is available until 29 February 2024 at a cost of just £49.00.
From 1 March, the full price for the day will be £55.00.
To book and/or ask questions about the day, contact: susie@wildandwise.co.uk or call Kate on 07783 262 302.
