More about Karen’s Wellbeing Work

Karen specialises in helping clients navigate burnout, overwhelm, and stress, empowering them to take small, confident steps forward.

Karen deeply cares about our relationships: to ourselves, others and nature. In more recent years and to meet the demands and needs of the fracturing times we live in, she has trained in restorative facilitation for conflict resolution and repairing relationships.

A distinctive aspect of her work is working in partnership with nature, meeting clients in London’s green spaces and the surrounding countryside. This nature-based approach harnesses the restorative benefits of the natural world to enhance emotional wellbeing, lower stress, and deepen a sense of interconnectedness.

Spirituality, meditation, and nature are integral parts of Karen’s life and practice. Originally from Germany, London has been her home for the past twenty-five years. Her work also extends to teaching at the London Buddhist Centre and leading residential retreats.

Karen is a member of the British Association for Mindfulness Based Approaches, the Association for Coaching and the Restorative Justice Council.
