Larch is committed to co-creating a world where all can flourish and has co-founded twenty organisations to this end, including Lammas, the Fleming Policy Centre and NOW. He has taught, researched and practiced sustainability since 1988, with over 50 academic and popular publications. His two co-edited books include The Sustainable University (Routeledge) and Low Impact Development: The Future in Our Hands which sold out within 8 months and is now available as a free download. Larch has built and lived in several low impact homes and is a Director of Bright Green Futures. Larch lives in Totnes and is happiest when surfing, walking or foraging.
Larch is currently on sabbatical until late December 2019.
