You are warmly invited to join us at Eden Rise on the 8th-10th March for “A Mother’s Haven” – a retreat that warmly welcomes all Mothers into a space of rest, relaxation and nourishment. This restorative container offers experiences of nourishment and community, and the opportunity to to be witnessed and celebrated in the shared experience of motherhood.
The weekend involves moments of togetherness, around shared food, singing, yoga, enjoying the sauna, as well as opportunities to receive nourishing treatments, and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the beautiful landscape of South Devon.
The cost of the weekend is £245 per person, and you can secure your place with a £50 deposit.

About Olivia
An inspired coach, eternal student and teacher of woman wisdom, mother of 4 and birth practitioner and trainer, birth trauma therapist, Olivia has supported women and families for over 2 decades, especially through transitions such as pregnancy, birth, and motherhood.
In 2011, she founded and still co-runs Radiant Mama (formerly the Totnes Holistic Birth Hub) a Devon project that offers info, emotional and practical support, classes, holistic therapies and a nourishing lunch within a community of like-minded parents – all on a donation basis.
Being a woman and a mother in the 21st century has been a deep enquiry in her personal and professional life.
Her intention now is simply to share what she has learned and to offer her presence and the tools she has gathered along the way, in service to women/families and to a more peaceful and loving world.
As well as offering one to one sessions and small groups in Devon, and by phone or Zoom internationally, Olivia runs coaching retreats for women in beautiful locations with a wonderful team of practitioners.
She lives near Totnes in Devon.
