There is no doubt, connecting with nature is good for us. During the current context of the Covid pandemic it is more important than ever to spend time outside, and appreciate the benefits for our mental health and wellbeing.

During this event we will hear about an inspiring campaign from the Mental Health Foundation and WWF on Thriving with Nature. We will also be guided in ways we can spend time outside mindfully by teacher and author Claire Thompson.

This free online event is the finale of a series titled ‘Small Steps, Big Difference: Nature Connection Can Change the World’ co-hosted by Eden Project Communities and the Network of Wellbeing.

Register for the free event here.

We will also be hosting an interactive workshop following this series, for all those who would like to put the lessons learned into practice, on Tuesday 30th March at 7.30-9pm. More details on NOW’s social media channels soon.
