The Positive Psychology Masterclass is a practical, comprehensive and inspiring course led by Miriam Akhtar and Bridget Grenville-Cleave, two leading positive psychology practitioners, who hold the MAPP (MSc in Applied Positive Psychology), set up by Prof Martin Seligman to train positive psychologists to make the world a happier place.

The Foundations workshop serves as an introduction to Positive Psychology covering all the essentials for your coaching practice and personal wellbeing.
