Our happiness does not live in a bubble, it depends on the world around us. In a world where so much is going wrong, it can sometimes feel like running away is the only healthy option. But what if turning towards the world’s crises actually helps us become well? What if it can even lead us to our greatest, most wholehearted selves?

Join us for an inspiring evening exploring the tools and skills we need to respond to a troubled world with kindness, optimism and wisdom.

Alex and Flo draw on their years of experience in the worlds of wellbeing and activism to offer a fresh vision of how we can actually become happier by standing up for what matters most.

When all around us seems to be falling apart, what we do, how we think and how we care for each other will be what makes the biggest difference.

If we care about happiness, we need to take care of the world.
