How we view the world, and what we see, depends on where we are viewing from.
In these times of obvious uncertainty it is not unusual to feel daunted, overwhelmed, afraid. On this retreat we will enquire into where our responses are coming from, perhaps revealing hidden agendas, such as a need for meaning, or fear of the unknown. We will explore what happens when we shift our perspective in any moment, from unconscious to conscious, from conceptual mind to our direct perception, from fear to trust.
The invitation will be to come closer to yourself. The group field we co-create will support each person to do this, gently unveiling old limiting beliefs and sowing the seeds of more constructive, connected internal messages.
